الخدمة ودور رهيب
رهيب منصة تربط الزبائن بالمطاعم وبالسائقين وشركات التوصيل في العراق، وتديرها رهيب. المطعم هو من يحضّر الطعام ويبيعه، ويقوم بالتوصيل سائقو المطعم أو شركات التوصيل أو سائقون مستقلون يعملون عبر المنصة.
حسابك
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل، ومن هم دون 18 عاماً يستخدمون الخدمة بإشراف وليّ الأمر.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك، وعن الحفاظ على رقمك وكلمة مرورك وكل ما يجري من حسابك.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص، ولا يجوز نقل الحساب أو بيعه.
الطلبات والأسعار
- يحدد المطعم أسعار الأصناف ومكوّناتها، وتظهر في التطبيق قبل الطلب.
- تظهر رسوم التوصيل والخدمة بوضوح قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- قد يعتذر المطعم عن طلب أو صنف (لنفاد الصنف أو الإغلاق مثلاً)، وحينها يُعاد إليك ما دفعته.
- المطعم مسؤول عن جودة الطعام وسلامته ومعلومات مكوّناته. إن كانت لديك حساسية من مكوّن ما فاكتبها في ملاحظات الطلب أو اسأل المطعم قبل الطلب.
الدفع والمحفظة
- تدفع نقداً عند الاستلام، أو من رصيد محفظة رهيب، أو بأي وسيلة دفع أخرى تظهر في التطبيق عند توفّرها.
- رصيد المحفظة يُستخدم داخل رهيب فقط، وليس حساباً مصرفياً ولا يكسب فوائد.
- قد تكون لبعض الأرصدة (كالهدايا والمبالغ المسترجعة) مدة صلاحية تظهر لك في التطبيق.
الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل أن يبدأ المطعم بتحضيره. بعد بدء التحضير تُطبّق سياسة الإلغاء الخاصة بالمطعم. المبالغ المستحقة تُعاد إلى محفظتك أو إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بحسب الحالة.
التوصيل والاستلام
- أوقات التوصيل المعروضة تقديرية، وقد تتأثر بالازدحام أو الطقس أو ظروف المطعم.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة العنوان وموقعه على الخريطة، وعن التواجد لاستلام الطلب.
- يتم الاستلام والتسليم برمز الطلب، فلا تشاركه إلا مع من يستلم طلبك.
العروض والخصومات والألعاب
- لكل عرض أو خصم أو جائزة شروطه التي تظهر في التطبيق.
- عروض الزبون الجديد مرة واحدة لكل شخص، ولا يحق الحصول عليها مجدداً بإنشاء حساب آخر أو بحذف الحساب وإعادة التسجيل.
- يحق لرهيب إلغاء أي خصم أو جائزة أو رصيد يُحصل عليه بطريقة احتيالية أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة في الاحتيال أو الطلبات الوهمية، أو الإساءة إلى المطاعم أو السائقين أو فريقنا، أو محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو تعطيله، أو جمع بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين.
المحتوى والملكية
اسم رهيب وشعاره وتصميم التطبيق ملك لنا. صور المطاعم وقوائمها ملك أصحابها. ما تكتبه في التقييمات والمحادثات يبقى ملكك، وتمنحنا حق استخدامه لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.
إيقاف الحساب
يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب أو تقييده عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند الاشتباه بالاحتيال. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لتعمل الخدمة بشكل صحيح ومستمر، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تاريخ السريان، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق إن كان التعديل جوهرياً. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.

The service and Raheeb's role
Raheeb is a platform connecting customers with restaurants, couriers and delivery companies in Iraq, operated by Raheeb. The restaurant prepares and sells the food; delivery is done by the restaurant's couriers, delivery companies or independent couriers working through the platform.
Your account
- You must be at least 13; users under 18 use the service under a parent's supervision.
- You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your number, password and account activity secure.
- One account per person; accounts may not be transferred or sold.
Orders and prices
- Restaurants set item prices and ingredients, shown in the app before you order.
- Delivery and service fees are shown clearly before you confirm.
- A restaurant may decline an order or item (for example when sold out or closed); anything you paid is returned.
- The restaurant is responsible for food quality, safety and ingredient information. If you have an allergy, note it on the order or ask the restaurant before ordering.
Payment and wallet
- Pay cash on delivery, from your Raheeb wallet, or with any other method shown in the app when available.
- Wallet balance is for use within Raheeb only; it is not a bank account and earns no interest.
- Some balances (such as gifts and refunds) may have an expiry shown in the app.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing it. After that, the restaurant's cancellation policy applies. Amounts due are returned to your wallet or to the original payment method, depending on the case.
Delivery and pickup
- Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or the restaurant.
- You are responsible for a correct address and map pin, and for being available to receive the order.
- Pickup and hand-over use the order code; share it only with whoever receives your order.
Offers, discounts and games
- Every offer, discount or prize has its own conditions shown in the app.
- New-customer offers are once per person and cannot be claimed again by creating another account or by deleting the account and signing up again.
- Raheeb may cancel any discount, prize or balance obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud or fake orders, abuse restaurants, couriers or our team, try to break or disrupt the app, or collect other users' data.
Content and ownership
The Raheeb name, logo and app design belong to us. Restaurant photos and menus belong to their owners. What you write in reviews and chats stays yours, and you allow us to use it to run and improve the service.
Suspension
We may suspend or limit an account that breaches these terms or is suspected of fraud. You can delete your account at any time on the Account deletion page.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service running correctly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Delivery area boundaries in the app are derived from OpenStreetMap data — © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the new version is published here with its effective date, and we tell you in the app when a change is material. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
