من داخل التطبيق

• العناوين: الحساب ← العناوين، ثم احذف العنوان.
• المفضّلة: أيقونة القلب أعلى الصفحة الرئيسية («مفضلتي»)، ثم أزل المطعم أو الطبق.
• بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، تاريخ الميلاد، الصورة): الحساب ← معلومات الحساب.
• جهات الاتصال والموقع والكاميرا: اسحب الإذن من إعدادات الهاتف. نحن لا نخزّن دليل جهات اتصالك.

In the app

• Addresses: Account → Addresses, then delete the address.
• Favourites: the heart at the top of Home («My favourites»), then remove the restaurant or dish.
• Account details (name, email, date of birth, photo): Account → Account info.
• Contacts, location, camera: withdraw the permission in your phone settings. We do not store your address book.

ما لا يُحذف منفصلاً

نحتاج سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات وحركات المحفظة للمحاسبة والضرائب وحل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال، لذلك لا تُحذف وحدها. عند حذف الحساب نزيل منها اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك وموقعك وملاحظاتك، فتبقى دون ما يعرّف بك.

What cannot be deleted on its own

Order, payment and wallet records are needed for accounting, tax, disputes and fraud prevention, so they are not deleted on their own. When you delete your account we remove your name, phone, address, location and notes from them, so nothing in them identifies you.
