- افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك.
- اذهب إلى الحساب ثم الإعدادات.
- اضغط حذف الحساب، وراجع ما سيحدث، ثم أكّد.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.

- Tap Delete account, review what will happen, then confirm.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى
يُحذف فوراً
- رقم الهاتف، وتسجيل الدخول، وكلمة المرور، وكل الجلسات.
- الاسم والبريد وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس وصورة الحساب.
- العناوين والسلة والمفضّلة.
- الملف الصحي والتفضيلات والإعجابات.
- ردود المساعد المؤقتة، والإشعارات، وسجل الحضور، ورمز الإشعارات.
- رسائلك في محادثات الطلبات والسائقين والدعم، ومرفقاتها.
- اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك وموقعك وملاحظاتك داخل طلباتك السابقة.
- للسائقين: آخر موقع، والخروج من شركة التوصيل.
يبقى دون ما يعرّف بك
- سجلات الطلبات والمبالغ والمدفوعات وحركات المحفظة والاسترجاعات والتسويات، للمحاسبة والضرائب وحل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال، وللمدة التي تفرضها القوانين.
- بصمة مشفّرة لرقمك لا يمكن عكسها، حتى لا تُمنح عروض الزبون الجديد مرتين، لمدة سنتين.
- النسخ الاحتياطية تُستبدل تلقائياً خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
قبل أن تحذف
- إذا كان لديك طلب لم يكتمل، احذف الحساب بعد وصوله أو إلغائه.
- رصيد المحفظة والنقاط والقسائم لا يمكن استخدامها بعد الحذف. إن أردت استرداد الرصيد فتواصل مع الدعم قبل الحذف.
- للسائقين: أكمل أي توصيل جارٍ، وسلّم المبالغ النقدية المستحقة للمطاعم أو لشركة التوصيل.
- لأصحاب المطاعم وشركات التوصيل: الحساب مرتبط بنشاط تجاري، لذلك يُرسل طلب حذف إلى فريق رهيب من التطبيق أو من هذه الصفحة. نتواصل معك لإغلاق النشاط أو نقل ملكيته، ويكتمل الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

What is deleted and what stays
Deleted immediately
- Your phone number, sign-in, password and all sessions.
- Name, email, date of birth, gender and profile photo.
- Addresses, cart and favourites.
- Health profile, preferences and likes.
- The assistant's temporary replies, notifications, presence records and push token.
- Your messages in order, courier and support chats, and their attachments.
- Your name, phone, address, location and notes inside your past orders.
- For couriers: the last known position, and leaving the delivery company.
Kept, with nothing that identifies you
- Order, amount, payment, wallet, refund and settlement records, for accounting, tax, disputes and fraud prevention, for as long as the law requires.
- An irreversible keyed hash of your number, so new-customer offers aren't given twice, for two years.
- Backups rotate automatically within 30 days at most.
Before you delete
- If you have an order in progress, delete the account after it is delivered or cancelled.
- Wallet balance, points and vouchers cannot be used after deletion. To ask for your balance back, contact support before deleting.
- Couriers: finish any delivery in progress and hand over cash owed to restaurants or your delivery company.
- Restaurant and delivery-company owners: the account runs a business, so a deletion request goes to the Raheeb team from the app or this page. We contact you to close or transfer the business, and the deletion completes within 30 days at most.
